Who handles inquiries
The Unbuilt Garage, founded by Claudio Cristea, uses inquiry information to review and respond to messages. Contact the studio through the contact form for privacy questions.
Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email, optional organisation, role, relevant project, inquiry type and message. Project-response controls record the project, selected response, time and a short-lived pseudonymous key used to prevent duplicate submissions. Responses express interest; they are not purchase commitments.
Storage and retention
The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Inquiry records older than 180 days are deleted when the next inquiry is processed. Please avoid including confidential technical files or sensitive personal information in your first message.
Technical information
Hosting providers may process request information, including IP addresses and technical logs, to deliver and secure the site. The inquiry endpoint uses a short-lived hash of a network address for rate limiting. The application does not store raw IP addresses with inquiries.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not add advertising cookies, analytics cookies or a third-party analytics collector. Interaction events are prepared in the code but are not transmitted to an analytics service. First-party project responses are stored in the website's private database and are not displayed publicly by default. The site does not store browser identifiers. Access controls provided by the hosting platform may use essential sign-in technology.
External links
The Instagram link opens that service, which processes information under its own privacy policy. Social content is not embedded automatically.
Your information
To request access, correction or deletion of a submitted inquiry, contact the studio and identify the email address used. We may need to verify the request before acting.
